The little town of Gori, which Stalin grew up in, was nothing more than a traditional Russian experience. Stalin would often attend the bazaar with his mother. (Radzinsky 18) In a letter from N. Goglidze, Kiev, a local villager it said, "Soso never teased the madman. Soso defended him. The Jewish mercahant was soft hearted. Even from an early age, Stalin was beginning to have a hatred for societal norms.

Every problem he faced as a child and every peer that Stalin despised Stalin blamed on the government. He began to start an underground operation. Enticing his fellow students to join him in the teachings of Marxism. It was not long before he was expelled.
